📋 Description

• Provide high-level technical support for the implementation of various projects. • Contribute to the development of a teacher evaluation and merit recognition system. • Help define an equitable formula for the allocation of teachers. • Analyze the roles and responsibilities of education authorities and local governments in the context of decentralized management of the education system. • Provide technical and operational support for the implementation of new measures to deconcentrate the management of education human resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Social Sciences, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field. • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in managing and implementing human resources projects in the public sector. • Proven expertise (minimum 10 years) in human resources, HR policy reform, legal frameworks, and HR management practices in the education sector. • At least two (2) similar assignments providing HR support to the education sector, preferably in Africa.
