📋 Description

• Support the service and follow-up of property owners • Assist in maintaining relationships with the portfolio of property owners • Record and update service interactions, requests, outstanding items, and property information • Support property performance tracking through metrics such as occupancy, average daily rate, revenue, and bookings • Assist in preparing and updating Customer Success reports and tracking tools • Support the identification of underperforming properties and follow-up on action plans • Gather information on rates, availability, minimum stays, and listing competitiveness • Receive and route property owners’ requests and complaints • Follow up on requests related to maintenance, cleaning, linens, inventory, property facilities, and bookings • Follow up on requests through completion while keeping records up to date • Support the identification of recurring issues and process improvement opportunities • Assist with communicating Carneiros Temporada’s policies, procedures, and management model • Support property owner satisfaction and retention initiatives • Work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, Reservations, Revenue Management, Finance, and Customer Experience teams • Perform other Customer Success-related activities as directed by leadership • Monitor performance indicators, including deadline compliance, record updates, response time, resolution of outstanding items, service quality, and contributions to improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Have your own work equipment, including a computer/laptop and reliable internet access to perform the internship activities • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field • Attend undergraduate classes in the evening • Be available to work morning and afternoon shifts according to the schedule defined by the company • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Proactive and collaborative profile • Interest in customer service, customer relationships, and performance analysis • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to deadlines • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Interest in the tourism, hospitality, vacation rental, or property management industries • Communication, organization, proactivity, empathy, active listening, teamwork, sense of urgency, responsibility, problem-solving ability, customer orientation, and adaptability
