📋 Description

• Lead Carrier’s HR AI transformation journey • Develop and execute a multi-year workforce technology roadmap • Design and scale enterprise workforce architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and emerging AI platforms • Extend Workday capabilities through Microsoft and AI-enabled integrations • Lead evaluation, piloting, and implementation of agentic AI, Power Platform, Azure AI, Copilot, automation, and intelligent workflows • Drive scalable AI solutions that enhance workforce productivity and employee experiences • Define workforce product visions, roadmaps, and value-realization metrics • Lead Workday Talent product strategy and AI-driven workforce capability expansion • Develop business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics and KPIs • Advise HR, IT, and business executives and drive alignment across matrixed teams • Lead and develop workforce technology professionals, including Workday Talent Product Managers and future AI-focused resources • Foster innovation, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture • 5+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise-wide digital transformation programs • Deep understanding of Workday Talent products and talent technology strategies • Experience leading technology initiatives within large, complex, matrixed organizations • Strategic architectural knowledge across Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Enterprise Ecosystem • Demonstrated experience with Workday Talent Management solutions • Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI-enabled workforce tools, automated orchestrations, and productivity-enhancing solutions • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, construct high-level business cases, and build enterprise partnerships
