📋 Description

• Carrying out scheduled service visits in the Upper Austria and Salzburg regions as planned by the dispatch team • Diagnosing faults and malfunctions • Commissioning, servicing, and repairing oil- and gas-fired heating systems and heat pumps • Documenting service activities in the company’s IT system • Participating in the on-call service outside business hours, for a maximum of one week per month • Acting as the on-site contact for customers and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heating systems in the region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification (apprenticeship, technical college, or similar) as an installer, building services technician, or heating technician • Professional experience in customer service, such as heating technology, refrigeration technology, air conditioning and ventilation technology, or another technical field • Good written and spoken German • Basic IT skills • Strong technical aptitude and a high level of customer orientation
