📋 Description

• Identify and approach new customers while expanding the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory and identify opportunities to increase revenue among existing and new customers • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and quotation preparation through to order fulfillment • Present innovative products, systems, and service solutions during customer sales meetings • Analyze market and competitive developments to capitalize on acquisition opportunities • Build long-term, successful customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC/plumbing or electrical engineering, commercial training with industry experience, or a relevant university degree • Strong sales orientation and a passion for customer acquisition and sales • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-focused role • Motivation to acquire a working knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy technology • Business-fluent German language skills • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence within the sales territory • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and persuasiveness
