📋 Description

• Manage and develop a new customer base across Western Germany • Proactively acquire new customers in the HVAC sector, focusing on modern climate-control technology and HVAC system solutions • Provide technical customer advice from the initial inquiry through project implementation and handover to project execution • Design systems and solutions in coordination with internal technical departments • Prepare, calculate, and follow up on quotations • Lead contract and price negotiations • Maintain and document all sales activities in the Salesforce CRM system • Monitor market and competitor developments within the sales territory • Work closely with Engineering, Service, and Project Execution teams • Expand sales operations across Western Germany and sustainably develop existing customer relationships in the HVAC sector

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a comparable role in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology • Sound technical knowledge of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems • Experience in customer service and project-based work • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Structured, self-directed, and results-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong customer focus and professional appearance • Very good command of German, both written and spoken • Class B driver's license • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM systems • Knowledge of the regional market in Western Germany • Experience in quotation controlling
