📋 Description

• Commissioning and servicing heat pumps at end customers’ premises and at facility operators’ sites • Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies by phone and in person • Ensuring customer satisfaction • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider area surrounding the assigned territory • Servicing, repairing, and commissioning heat pumps as well as oil- and gas-fired heating systems on site • Contributing to energy efficiency and the sustainable use of heating systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a SHK systems mechanic (plumbing, heating, and air conditioning), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further training as a master craftsperson or technician is preferred • Professional experience in customer service, for example in heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certification required; Category 2 certification is an advantage • Valid Class B driving licence • Strong technical aptitude • Strong customer focus • Willingness to travel
