📋 Description

• Carrying out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators • Providing customer-focused technical support to our customers from heating companies, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction • Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service across an extended area beyond your primary deployment region

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in a relevant trade, e.g., installation mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer • Ideally further qualification as a master craftsman (Meister) or state-certified technician • Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) • In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 refrigeration certificate is an advantage • Valid driving license, Class B
