📋 Description

• Commissioning and maintenance of heat pumps at end customers’ premises and for system operators • Service-oriented telephone and in-person advice for customers from heating businesses • On-site maintenance, repair, and commissioning of heat pumps as well as oil- and gas-fired heating systems • Supporting colleagues in technical field service across the wider service area • Ensuring customer satisfaction and the smooth operation of heating systems • Contributing to the energy efficiency and sustainable use of heating systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, electrician, or electrical installer • Further qualification as a master craftsperson or technician preferred • Professional experience in customer service, such as in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air conditioning and ventilation technology • Category 1 refrigerant handling certificate required; Category 2 certificate advantageous • Valid Class B driving licence • Strong customer focus and willingness to travel • Technical aptitude and an interest in heating solutions
