📋 Description

• Take on responsibility as a field service technician after successful completion of the training program • Perform service tasks such as commissioning new equipment, maintenance, training, and troubleshooting • Receive assignments from the control center in Dinslaken via mobile phone and laptop • Start flexibly from home to the next assignment • Willingness to stay overnight in hotels is required

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training with an electrical engineering background (ideally trained as a mechatronics technician) • Experience and proven success in field service desirable • Experience in customer-facing roles or a strong customer-service orientation • Willingness to travel, occasionally with hotel overnight stays (approx. 2 nights/week) • Structured working style, persistence and assertiveness • Fluent written and spoken English • Good PC skills and a valid driver's license
