• Expand Carry1st’s core payment technology beyond gaming into high-growth consumer digital and direct-to-consumer verticals • Own the full deal cycle, from pipeline building and senior relationship development through negotiation and closing • Take the industry-expansion strategy and playbook to market, validate it through customer conversations, and develop a repeatable go-to-market motion • Build and nurture high-profile client relationships • Present tailored solutions and orchestrate efficient closes contributing to client success and company growth • Translate the industry-expansion strategy into a prioritized target-account and outreach plan • Target high-volume, consumer-facing enterprises seeking to expand their footprint • Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including VPs of Product, Heads of Strategy, and Commercial Executives • Communicate and demonstrate the value of Carry1st’s products and services, adapting the message to customer needs • Validate buyer needs, use cases, messaging, and commercial assumptions related to emerging-market consumer demand in Africa and the Middle East • Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets • Maintain a robust deal pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast outcomes • Transition clients post-close to the Implementation team while maintaining commercial relationships for renewals and expansion • Collaborate with Product and Implementation teams to share market insights and support effective, deployable solutions • Feed field learnings into the commercial playbook and guide investment across new industries
• 5+ years in enterprise software, cross-border infrastructure, or strategic FinTech commercial roles • Consistent history of meeting targets, building net-new pipelines as a true hunter, and rapidly driving high-priority, high-value deals to signed contract • Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin • Cross-cultural agility to present complex technical and commercial information clearly and persuasively • Experience in growth-stage environments where the commercial motion is evolving • Ability to independently take early strategy to market, compress deal timelines, and refine the playbook based on learnings • Network of relationships within Product and Corporate Strategy teams at consumer tech giants • Understanding of how global brands navigate infrastructure constraints in emerging regions • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to build immediate credibility with senior external stakeholders and fast-track commercial agreements • Demonstrated high performance at a top-tier educational institution or through impressive alternative professional pursuits
