• Optimizar el embudo de incorporación y diseñar servicios de gestión de usuarios • Orquestar integraciones resilientes con proveedores externos • Establecer estándares de desarrollo y guiar el crecimiento de ingenieros senior
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia comprobada como Staff o Principal Engineer en sistemas distribuidos complejos • Dominio avanzado de Node.js y NestJS (TypeScript) • Conocimiento profundo de patrones arquitectónicos y optimización de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL) • Experiencia en integraciones de terceros y flujos complejos • Mentalidad pragmática y habilidades en inglés y español.
