📋 Description

• Administer, monitor, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments • Perform platform configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of OpenShift platforms • Support deployment and operational activities across containerised environments • Manage user access, authentication, and platform governance • Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to resolve operational issues • Monitor system health and proactively identify improvement opportunities • Provide documentation and operational support for platform-related processes • Support Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments where required • Submit a professional profile or CV • Attend a business alignment call with a Human Capital Consultant • Attend a direct interview with the end client • Complete a technical assessment if required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role • Proven experience administering Red Hat OpenShift platforms • Strong knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) • Experience with platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation • Good understanding of container technologies and platform operations • Experience with automation and scripting, such as Bash, Shell, Python, or similar • Knowledge of platform security, patch management, and system administration best practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • OpenShift cluster administration experience • Kubernetes administration and support experience • Exposure to platform engineering practices • Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and container deployment pipelines • Relevant Red Hat certifications are advantageous • Completion of the Castille Vetting process, including applicable background and compliance checks • Availability to attend a direct client interview • Ability to complete a project-specific technical assessment, if required • Ability to work within CET ±3 hours
