📋 Description

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical telecom systems, ensuring high availability and performance • Contribute across design, coding, testing, deployment, and support phases of the development lifecycle • Write well-structured, testable, and efficient Java code aligned with enterprise standards • Integrate IoT devices and platforms into enterprise applications for secure data ingestion, processing, and analytics • Implement MQTT, CoAP, and AMQP communication protocols and ensure interoperability with telecom infrastructure • Prepare and produce software component releases, including IoT edge services and cloud integrations • Evaluate emerging IoT technologies and frameworks and present them for architectural review • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable IoT architectures covering device management, telemetry, and security • Participate in client discussions and project-specific technical assessment if required

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in Java Enterprise Programming • BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Hands-on software development experience with Java EE and Spring Framework, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Spring Security • Strong knowledge of Spring Integration and Spring Cloud for distributed systems • Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns • Experience with JEE internals, including JAX-WS, transaction management, and JMS • Relational database and SQL experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL • Experience with ORM technologies including JPA and Hibernate • Experience with web frameworks including JSF and Spring MVC • Test-driven development practices and GIT version control • Hands-on experience with IoT platforms such as AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, or Eclipse IoT frameworks • Knowledge of MQTT, CoAP, AMQP, and HTTP/REST protocols • Experience with IoT edge computing and device management • Familiarity with IoT security practices, including certificate-based authentication, secure communication, and device identity management • Ability to design and implement real-time data pipelines for IoT telemetry • Availability to work within CET ± 2 hours • Submission of a professional profile/CV • Opportunity/requirement to complete Castille Vetting, including background and compliance checks
