📋 Description

• Spearhead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional implementations • Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings • Configure and optimize Business Central modules based on client requirements • Support finance, purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, and operational workflows • Perform gap-fit analysis and recommend scalable ERP solutions • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on integrations and customizations • Support data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live activities • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications • Provide ERP best-practice recommendations and process improvement guidance • Support integration initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem • Assist with troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV • Strong understanding of ERP processes including: Finance & Accounting Purchasing & Sales Inventory & Warehouse Management Supply Chain Operations • Experience conducting workshops and managing client stakeholders • Experience supporting full ERP implementation lifecycle projects • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions • Experience working within consultancy or partner environments is advantageous • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform is considered a plus • Familiarity with Business Central integrations and customization processes • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English communication skills.
