📋 Description

• Lead current-state discovery and architecture assessment across technology and business domains • Perform current-state architecture discovery and assessments across acquired or complex environments • Execute rapid asset inventory and mapping of applications, infrastructure, integrations, and data flows • Create and maintain application portfolio maps, integration diagrams, and infrastructure views • Map data flows, business processes, and business capabilities, aligning technology assets to business outcomes • Check cost elements tied to applications and platforms to support rationalization and prioritization decisions • Evaluate CI/CD maturity and delivery pipelines where relevant • Define and document integration architecture patterns and constraints for future-state planning • Utilize EA tools such as LeanIX to model, analyze, and communicate findings to technical and executive stakeholders • Liaise with program, engineering, and business teams to translate discovery outputs into integration roadmaps and execution plans • Participate in a 30-minute virtual business alignment call • Complete a client interview and project-specific technical assessment if required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong enterprise architecture experience with hands-on current-state discovery and assessment • Proven proficiency with EA tools; LeanIX preferred or equivalent • Experience mapping application portfolios • Experience mapping infrastructure and hosting environments • Experience mapping system integrations and interfaces • Experience mapping data flows and dependencies • Experience mapping business processes and capabilities • Ability to work quickly in fast-paced environments and produce clear, decision-ready artifacts • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex architectures simply • M&A or large-scale integration experience • Experience supporting application rationalization or tenant consolidation efforts • Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD maturity assessments • Availability to work within CEST ±3 hours • Project-based B2B contract engagement for 6 months with auto-renewal
