📋 Description

• Own day-to-day accounting operations • Report directly to the CEO • Keep books clean, payments on time, and financial data accurate • Manage accounts payable and receivable • Vendor payment scheduling and execution • Credit card payment management • Payroll audit and processing • Handle influencer and contractor payments • Process manual refunds • Conduct daily cash reconciliation • Perform tax filing and compliance • Coordinate with external tax partners • Prepare month-end and year-end close processes • Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and Fulfil.io

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed CPA (Philippines) with 5+ years of accounting experience • Prior experience supporting US-based companies strongly preferred • Familiarity with e-commerce accounting: payment processors, chargebacks, inventory, COGS • Experience with sales tax compliance and multi-state/international filings a plus • Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit preparation • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented — consistency matters • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) • Available to work during US business hours (EST overlap required)
