📋 Description

• Build and extend Caylent's internal AI-native platform across process automation, GenAI/agentic tooling built on AWS Bedrock, and delivery enablement • Design and implement backend solutions for core services using Python and Terraform • Build and extend GenAI/agentic solutions, including RAG, tool-calling agents, and evaluation loops, on AWS Bedrock • Contribute to frontend interfaces using React/Vite • Optimize and maintain cloud-native applications for scalability, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to develop tools that improve process efficiency and automate repetitive tasks • Contribute to service enhancements aligned with business objectives and technical best practices • Share knowledge and mentor others while addressing internal stakeholder needs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience developing Generative AI solutions; must have built at least one simple AI-powered feature or application end-to-end and be comfortable with the AI SDLC • Proficiency in Python for backend development • Experience deploying and managing services in a cloud-native environment • Experience with frontend development using React/Vite for building user interfaces • Current legal authorization to work in Argentina; Caylent is not able to sponsor visa or work permit applications • Preferred: knowledge of AI/ML model integration and AI platforms like AWS Bedrock • Preferred: experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks • Preferred: experience with Rust • Preferred: understanding of business processes related to process optimization and SG&A efficiency
