• Resolve player account questions, technical issues, and in-game queries in Arabic and English • Provide quick and accurate responses to maintain high player satisfaction • Provide player support via email and chat to Arabic-speaking gamers across the globe
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in Arabic and English • Must reside in Bulgaria or hold legal rights to work in Bulgaria • Active gamer mindset
