📋 Description

• Act as a first-line (Tier 1) B2B Customer Expert for a global printer and imaging brand • Help business customers by phone and email • Perform basic troubleshooting for users • Open and escalate tickets to Tier 2 • Work in CRM tools including Siebel and ServiceNow • Progress through a structured learning curve to full independence within about 6 months

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1 Portuguese • B2 English • Excellent written communication • Solid PC skills • Strong soft skills • Customer support experience is a plus, but not required • EU candidates only • Availability Monday to Friday, within a 09:00–20:00 operating window
