• Support customers and agents with money transfers, payments, and technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat • Provide transaction support • Assist with fraud prevention • Deliver customer care
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent/native Danish • English at B2+ level • Candidates must already reside in Greece • Valid work permit/right to work in Greece • Availability for rotating shifts between 09:00–00:00 Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
