📋 Description

• Support users via chat, email and outbound calls, depending on the project • Escalate complex cases and policy gaps to the appropriate team • Work as part of an international team helping keep millions of users safe online

🎯 Requirements

• Native Danish (C1) • Strong English (B2/C1) • 1+ year in BPO, customer support, content safety or a similar role • Excellent written communication • Ability to multitask • Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts • Ability to work rotating shifts between 10:00 and 02:00 • Willingness to handle potentially sensitive content
