📋 Description
• Assist online shoppers with orders, deliveries, payments, and product inquiries via phone and email • Provide friendly, top-tier troubleshooting and solutions to customer questions • Act as a reliable point of contact for external platform sellers
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people • Readiness to complete two quick online screening assessments • Availability for rotational shifts, Monday–Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00
