• Handle operations customer expert responsibilities for a major European e-commerce brand • Work remotely from home • Work rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00 • Complete six days of fully paid comprehensive training

• Strong verbal and written Dutch communication skills • High School Diploma or equivalent • Readiness to complete two quick online screening assessments • Availability for rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, 07:00–23:00 • Full-time or part-time availability
