📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and partners via phone, chat, and email • Handle after-sales topics including order status, product details, invoicing, and complaints • Use internal and external tools to find fast, accurate solutions • Handle escalated cases and resolve them satisfactorily • Develop toward mentor, trainer, or Quality Assurance roles

🎯 Requirements

• C1 Dutch • English at B2 level (used for training) • Good problem-solving skills and a creative approach • Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required • Availability for Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00, with occasional weekends • Must work remotely from Greece
