📋 Description
• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and/or email • Assist with general, account, product, or technical inquiries • Resolve customer issues • Provide a positive customer experience
🎯 Requirements
• C1 Dutch • B2+ English • Comfortable using computers and digital tools • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for selected projects • Updated CV in English
