📋 Description
• Assist Italian-speaking customers with hardware and software inquiries via phone and chat. • Guide users through troubleshooting steps for laptops, desktops, and peripherals. • Coordinate warranty claims and technical solutions. • Maintain clear and accurate records of all interactions in English.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2). • A genuine interest in computer hardware and technology. • A friendly, patient, and professional communication style. • Valid EU Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
