📋 Description

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone for sales, product support, tracking, and warranty claims • Assist Italian-speaking customers with tech troubleshooting using tools such as TechSee video diagnostics • Log interactions in English using CRM tools such as Salesforce • Deliver an outstanding, high-touch customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level or C1+ fluency in Italian • Solid working English for internal system logging • Previous background in customer service or a call center environment • Strong PC skills • Comfortable navigating multiple browser tabs, virtual desktop environments, and diagnostic tools • Ability to work rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
