📋 Description
• Provide customer support in Lithuanian and English • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat • Handle service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Record interactions accurately in internal systems
🎯 Requirements
• Native or fluent Lithuanian • English B2 level or higher • Currently living in Portugal (mainland) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a structured support environment
