📋 Description

• Provide customer support in Lithuanian and English • Assist customers via phone, email and chat • Resolve service inquiries and provide accurate information • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Document interactions in internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• Native or fluent Lithuanian • English B2 level or higher • Currently living in Portugal (mainland) • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Customer-oriented mindset

🏖️ Benefits

• 920€ base salary (14 months) • 45€ complexity bonus (11 months) • Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day • Health insurance from day 1 • Welcome bonus during the first year • International work environment
