📋 Description

• Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email • Handle account management, subscriptions, orders, payments, and technical troubleshooting • Provide empathetic, high-quality solutions for leading global brands • Document customer interactions accurately in standard CRM systems • Escalate complex cases when needed • Complete paid training and ongoing skill development

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C1 Norwegian, written and spoken • B2/intermediate English for training and internal tools • Solid computer skills • Comfort navigating multiple digital tools simultaneously • Strong communication skills • Customer-first mindset • Problem-solving abilities • No prior experience needed for most roles; full training is provided • Must be based in Athens, Thessaloniki, or Chania (Crete), Greece, or work remotely from Greece
