📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end property operations across multiple locations in Europe • Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication seamlessly • Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and property readiness to ensure 5-star experiences • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue • Monitor local markets, competitor activity, and seasonal trends • Continuously improve processes and operational workflows for efficiency • Use property management systems (PMS) and automation tools to streamline operations • Ensure full compliance with European short-term rental regulations and local laws

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties in Europe or international markets • Strong operational knowledge of pricing, booking flows, and guest management • Tech-savvy, comfortable with PMS tools, automation, and workflow optimization • Exceptional communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Multilingual abilities (French, German, Spanish, or English) are a strong plus
