📋 Description
• Ensure results by taking ownership through data analysis and process improvements • Management of performance indicators (KPIs) • Results-oriented • Parameterization of the credit engine.
🎯 Requirements
• Completed bachelor's degree • Experience analyzing data related to credit, operations, and financial products • Ability to monitor results and lead improvement processes • Experience structuring databases • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel; skills in R and Python are a plus • Expertise in credit parameterization.
