• Manage assigned RFQs and RFPs in accordance with client terms and conditions and internal guidelines • Coordinate inputs from internal contributors, assign deadlines, and compile proposal responses on time • Translate customer needs using the Project Intake Form (“PIF”) into clear, actionable proposal components • Work with SMEs to develop standard Scopes of Work (“SOWs”) • Prepare labor estimates and costing using automated pricing tools by following established guidelines • Support coordination with Executive Leadership for pricing approvals as required • Evaluate technical requirements and develop compliant, clear, and competitive proposal responses • Participate in client interactions when needed to clarify proposal assumptions or scope • Maintain accurate proposal records within the Proposal ID Tracker and CRM tools • Attend project hand-off meetings to ensure proper transfer of proposal details to delivery teams • Incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to improve proposal quality continuously • Proactively identify opportunities to improve proposal processes, templates, and documentation • Build proposal writing, technical understanding, and commercial knowledge through hands-on experience • Coordinate with the Director Sales Operations to help maintain and update the CEA proposal library
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Renewable Energy or equivalent education plus experience in proposal development lead, project management, or equivalent role • Model Intertek’s 10X Energies at all times within the workplace, practicing business the right way • Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines • Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats • Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties • Must be customer focused and quality driven • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
