📋 Description

• Implement optical test plans and procedures for pluggable modem products according to technical specifications • Resolve factory technical issues and provide guidance for product rework activities • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and product development teams to address optical performance issues • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing optical test processes • Participate in new product introduction and ongoing product lifecycle support activities • Document test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams • Evaluate product repairability and serviceability from an optical testing perspective

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in optical test development and execution • Application of optical communication principles and technologies • Utilization of optical test equipment including optical spectrum analyzers, power meters, and tunable lasers • Experience with manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies • Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts • Thai language required • Fluent English writing and speaking required • Programming experience with MATLAB (nice to have) • Programming experience with Python (nice to have) • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and technological advancements (nice to have) • Problem-solving abilities applied to technical challenges (nice to have) • Detail-oriented approach to testing and reporting accuracy (nice to have) • Experience working within a collaborative team environment (nice to have)
