📋 Description

• Work closely with the founding designer, product, and engineering teams on the core Cello experience • Own product design work end-to-end across the product design cycle • Take roadmap projects from rough problem definition through shipped solution • Identify opportunities to improve existing product areas, including major redesigns and smaller quality improvements • Define and improve the evolving design system • Bring the Cello brand to life across marketing, social, and launch content • Create low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes • Contribute to the developing design culture • Refine details that make embedded UI feel trustworthy

🎯 Requirements

• Solid and proven software design experience • Ideally, experience designing software for SaaS businesses • Breadth across visual design, product thinking, brand, and interaction design • Systems-thinking ability to design components and patterns within broader systems • Fluency designing in Figma and other prototyping tools • Regular experimentation with new tooling • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment • CET ±3 hours availability; schedule must overlap comfortably with a European work day • Europe-based • Must be legally authorized to work in the current location without visa sponsorship • Required LinkedIn profile and portfolio link
