📋 Description

• Diagnose strategic and key operational challenges for strategic global accounts • Discover and build tailored, domain-specific use cases • Architect and prototype state-of-the-art AI and technical solutions on the Celonis platform • Demonstrate business impact to C-suite executives • Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realization • Lead technical discovery and translate customer requirements into enterprise architecture • Lead end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects • Architect and deliver secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with advanced RAG, tools, and guardrails • Integrate AI systems with enterprise data, identity, and compliance frameworks • Advise strategic accounts through value realization and operational transformation • Architect industry-specific end-to-end solutions • Codify methodologies and reusable assets • Mentor junior peers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of executive-facing presales and value engineering experience • Experience independently owning the technical close and driving AI transformation narratives • Proven background in accountable Proof-of-Value execution, complex ROI/TCO modeling, and demonstrating visionary solutions through achieved value • Comprehensive knowledge of core operational workflows and industry landscapes, such as supply chain and finance • Advanced mastery of LLM orchestration, tool use/function calling, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and agentic patterns for enterprise workflows • Expert-level application of linear/nonlinear optimization, statistical analysis, reinforcement learning, and predictive forecasting • Experience designing deployment architectures and reliability standards for production-grade AI across AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, and GCP Vertex AI • Python proficiency, modular API design, reusable libraries, advanced SQL, and scalable data integration • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Hugging Face • Ability to architect secure enterprise cloud environments with IAM, data governance, privacy laws, and security standards • Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders, including executives • Flawless English and exceptional executive presence • Masters Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred
