📋 Description

• Provide coordination, administrative oversight, and technical operational support for new and established projects. • Serve as the assigned Project Manager in D365 for designated projects. • Coordinate, monitor, and prepare project controlling and reporting for stakeholders, Project/Program Leads, and clients where applicable. • Track budgets, maintain financial forecasts, and align deliverables, budgets, and timelines. • Support project management KPI tracking and reporting. • Manage resources in D365, including forecasting and resource onboarding/offboarding. • Manage project onboarding, create WBS structures, add team members, and maintain service line and financial dimension assignments. • Guide operational teams on project time-booking practices. • Update project structures and related D365 subscriptions and unit items. • Approve timesheets, vendor invoices, and client invoices; prepare supporting customer-invoice information. • Create and maintain RevX opportunities and follow up on proposal status. • Support quotation development and Statements of Work creation and maintenance. • Assist Project/Program Leads with SOW updates and client discussions. • Train and mentor Project Management Support colleagues and share best practices. • Ensure data integrity and compliance across D365, RevX, and related systems. • Collaborate with operational teams on solution development and tool/process improvements. • Perform other reasonable tasks agreed with the Line Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED, or equivalent experience required. • Associate's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, operational project coordination, corrective maintenance, or a related field required. • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred. • Knowledge of patient support services and specialty pharmaceutical service operations. • Knowledge of patient-centric healthcare data domains, common measures, and data quality considerations. • Knowledge of business analytics and reporting practices, including requirements gathering and KPI design. • Ability to operate as a cross-functional translator between business, analytics, and IT teams. • Ability to maintain high-quality, timely outputs in a customer-facing operational role. • Ability to work remotely in Georgia, as indicated by the employer-selected location 'NCEE > Georgia > Remote'.
