📋 Description

• Coordinate website support and development projects • Work with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers • Manage communication with clients • Manage website maintenance and development tasks from initial request to final delivery • Gather and clarify requirements from clients and internal stakeholders • Prepare structured tasks for developers, designers, SEO specialists, and QA engineers • Define issues, expected outcomes, requirements, and acceptance criteria • Coordinate development of website functionality, pages, sections, forms, and landing pages • Prioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and inform stakeholders about progress • Review completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing • Identify and investigate website issues before escalation to technical specialists • Maintain business correspondence with clients in Russian and English • Manage projects and tasks in Jira and other internal systems • Handle smaller website updates through a CMS, including pages, content blocks, menus, metadata, images, and other website elements • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager, Account Project Manager, Website Manager, or in a similar role within digital, web development, or a related field • Solid understanding of web development fundamentals, including websites, pages, forms, integrations, domains, redirects, and responsive layouts • Experience working with CMS platforms • Knowledge of 1C-Bitrix or WordPress is preferred, or ability to learn new CMS platforms quickly • Ability to prepare clear, structured, and technically understandable tasks for cross-functional teams • Ability to review completed work and perform basic functional and visual website testing • Experience working with Jira or a similar task management system • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate issues independently • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in both Russian and English, including confident written and meeting communication with clients and colleagues • Willingness to take a hands-on approach rather than work solely as a coordinator
