📋 Description

• Become a Generative AI Domain Specialist and influence the responsible development of Large Language Models (LLMs) in your chosen field. • Join our growing global team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and fairness of AI-generated content. • Leverage your domain expertise and analytical skills to: Evaluate and improve LLM-generated content • Develop and implement robust certification programs to qualify talent • Train and mentor Centific Quality Managers on domain-specific knowledge • Help select talent profiles for domain-specific roles • Become the go-to expert for domain-specific questions and solutions • Proactively identify and address content issues that might impact quality and add potential bias

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in your chosen domain, backed by strong academic background • At least 4 years relevant experience • Excellent proficiency in English and your native language • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to train and mentor others effectively • Previous experience in quality assurance practices (a plus) • Passion for Generative AI and its potential (a plus) • Strong writing skills (a plus) - 2+ years of experience working in your chosen domain(s)
