📋 Description

• Review emails and chats for new leads, file setups, audits, and requested needs • Organize contracts, termination letters, photos, and other documents on Dropbox • Answer inbound calls from clients and leads • Transfer calls to the appropriate team member • Set up Filevine projects for new clients and requested tools • Record comments, observations, and updates • Review and register new contracts in Filevine • Follow up on assigned leads and maintain lead quality • Answer potential clients, ask probing questions, complete sign-in, or escalate calls • Complete new-client intake and transfer cases to the Pre-Litigation department • Send submission emails to the Pre-Litigation department • Complete clinic referrals based on client location • Participate in stand-up, daily, weekly, and monthly meetings • Close contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic • 3 years of experience in remote sales or intake • Sales background • Experience in personal injury is a plus • Own PC or laptop • Wired connection to modem recommended • Headset with noise canceling • Quiet place to work • Responsible for local taxes • Availability for weekend and evening shifts (US time)
