📋 Description

• Run discovery and design sessions with Fortune 500 teams across compliance, security, privacy, legal, procurement, finance, and sustainability • Understand and document customers' current third-party processes • Map current states and agree target states using metrics such as onboarding cycle time, assessment turnaround, reviewer effort, and audit readiness • Configure workflows, forms, logic, risk scoring, and approvals in Certa Studio using Vibe Configuration℠ • Build integrations and data flows into existing systems and debug failures • Own delivery plans, governance, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and handover • Manage scenarios and cases, SIT, UAT with customer testers, sanity testing, and regression testing • Identify platform limitations and communicate evidence-based feedback to Product • Convert implementations into templates and accelerators • Work directly with Fortune 500 customers and cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, such as forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, implementation consulting, or technical professional services • Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data mapping • Able to script in Python or JavaScript • Able to debug failures across two systems • Production experience with LLMs, including prompts, retrieval, agent workflows, and systematic output evaluation • Familiarity with project plans, RAID logs, phase gates, test scenarios and cases, SIT, UAT, and regression testing • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Third-party risk, procurement, or compliance experience is a plus • Must meet the India location requirement • Sponsorship for employment visa status may be required or not, as indicated in the application form
