📋 Description

• Own outbound lead generation for Launchpad and Saleium. • Research, identify, and qualify high-potential Web3, crypto, and AI-native projects. • Build and manage prospect lists across verticals such as token launches, launch-ready projects, ecosystems, infrastructure, DeFi, AI x crypto, and strategic partners. • Prospect via email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, X, etc. • Use enrichment, automation, and workflow tools such as Kommo, Zapier, n8n, Lemlist, Make.com, and AI-assisted prospecting tools to improve efficiency and scale outreach. • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess project fit, timing, launch stage, fundraising plans, and partnership potential. • Qualify whether a project is a better fit for ChainGPT Launchpad or Saleium. • Maintain consistent follow-up and nurture leads through the prospecting funnel. • Create Telegram groups and coordinate early-stage sales conversations to support education, alignment, and deal progression. • Hand over qualified opportunities to the Business Development team with strong context and clear next steps. • Keep CRM fully updated with activity, notes, lead status, next steps, and pipeline movement • Track outreach effectiveness, lead quality, conversion rates, and source performance. • Deliver weekly reporting on pipeline progress, outreach results, market signals, and growth opportunities. • Help improve qualification criteria, outreach workflows, and SDR processes over time. • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and internal stakeholders to align on target accounts, messaging, and campaign priorities. • Collaborate on ICP refinement, lead scoring, outbound messaging, and account-based initiatives. • Ensure smooth, high-quality handoff of qualified opportunities into the commercial pipeline. • Stay current on trends across Web3, token launches, fundraising infrastructure, launchpads, AI x crypto, and sales automation. • Track market activity, new projects, competitor movements, and ecosystem developments. • Surface strategic insights that help improve targeting, messaging, and outreach quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, prospect research, or outbound growth in a Web3, crypto, blockchain, or AI-focused company. • Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including token launches, launchpads, fundraising flows, DeFi, wallets, exchanges, L1/L2s, and ecosystem partnerships. • Experience with CRM systems, lead databases, outreach tools, automation platforms, and AI-enabled workflows. • Proven ability to generate and qualify high-value opportunities through outbound outreach. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving remote environment. • Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and maintain momentum with minimal oversight. • Nice to Have: Experience sourcing leads for launchpads, token sales, fundraising infrastructure, token distribution, or white-label Web3 products. • Existing network across founders, token teams, launch partners, accelerators, or ecosystems. • Familiarity with account-based sales / account-based marketing. • Experience using Telegram as a core business development channel in Web3.
