• Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten van Odido • Klanten helpen met vragen over internet, tv en mobiel • Ondersteunen bij technische storingen en installaties • Adviseren over apparatuur, instellingen en slimme oplossingen • Luisteren naar klanten, meedenken en problemen oplossen • Extra mogelijkheden bespreken, zoals abonnementen uitbreiden of diensten combineren
🎯 Requirements
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands • Je bent sociaal en denkt in oplossingen • Je vindt het leuk om dingen uit te zoeken • Je bent minimaal 2 avonden per week beschikbaar • Je kunt 1 zaterdag per maand werken • Je bent 4 weken fulltime beschikbaar voor de betaalde training • Je hebt minimaal mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau • Voor deze functie is een VOG verplicht
