📋 Description

• Lead the Fleet Vertical in Europe • Own product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for solutions serving fleet operators and commercial vehicle customers across Europe • Operate as a subject matter expert and product leader • Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver outcomes at scale • Shape the product portfolio across charging hardware, fleet-management software, and energy management solutions • Set vision and make pricing, packaging, and launch decisions for the Fleet segment • Align engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations on market opportunities and business priorities • Drive the hardware portfolio and software platforms as a unified product experience for European fleet customers • Identify and influence strategic partnerships, including truck and bus OEM relationships • Provide input on build, buy, or partner decisions • Track market trends and competitive offerings • Interface with customers and sales teams to align product direction with fleet market needs and customer satisfaction goals • Communicate complex concepts and drive alignment across stakeholders from engineering teams to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 12 years of experience in fleet electrification, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, or adjacent mobility sectors • Demonstrated track record in product management, business development, corporate strategy, or service/operational leadership roles • Experience working with fleet operators, commercial vehicle customers, or energy management solutions preferred • Truck charging experience is a plus • Intellectually curious, analytical, creative, collaborative, user-centric, and strategic thinker • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor in a matrixed organization • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical and commercial concepts into clear, structured narratives • Based in Europe • Familiarity with the European EV regulatory environment and fleet market dynamics strongly preferred
