📋 Description

• Own positioning, content, demand generation, partner marketing, field and events, PR, and sales enablement • Report to and work closely with the CEO • Define Checker’s category, messaging, definitions, and company-wide vocabulary • Audit and edit existing messaging • Own the monthly content/artifact engine, including research, explainers, primers, posts, clips, webinars, and sales assets • Run inbound content and brand marketing • Build named-account marketing motions by region with sales leads • Own account scoring, sequencing, campaign design, gifting, and executive programs • Run co-announcements, joint content, shared events, and partner programs • Own the events calendar, pre- and post-event programs, and event ROI case • Create sales enablement materials including decks, talk tracks, objection cards, implementation guides, and customer stories • Maintain alignment across engineering, product, sales, and leadership • Coordinate earned media coverage and PR agencies • Start as an individual contributor with freelancer and agency budget, then hire specialists and full-time staff as the function grows

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years in B2B marketing • Meaningful experience operating in LATAM fintech, payments, or adjacent infrastructure • Comfortable starting from first principles, creating clarity, and shipping programs solo before scaling • Ability to set strategy, write copy, brief designers, and load campaigns independently • Strong grasp of account-based marketing (ABM) and how marketing fuels enterprise deals • Ability to set KPIs and own outcomes • Ability to translate stablecoins, on-chain payments, APIs, and compliance into clear value for executives and product leaders • Full professional proficiency in Spanish • Portuguese strongly preferred • Strong written skills for localization • Practical fluency with CRM/marketing automation, analytics, and AI content/translation workflows
