📋 Description

• Lead and transform the talent acquisition model across CHEP’s Benelux supply chain operations • Transition hiring from an agency-reliant model to a direct, controlled recruitment model • Own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for plant-based hourly and early-management roles • Partner on workforce planning, sourcing strategy, hiring delivery, employer branding, vendor management, and onboarding • Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source candidates • Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings • Prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers • Coordinate interviews and maintain the candidate pipeline • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Use applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology • Ensure fair and equitable hiring practices in compliance with employment laws • Track recruitment metrics and report on candidate progress, hiring outcomes, and market trends • Centralise hiring accountability within Talent Acquisition • Improve workforce stability, reduce agency dependency, and increase cost efficiency and Workday data visibility • Elevate EVP and local attraction strategies • Partner with Operations and HR on workforce planning and forecasting • Drive standardised hiring processes and governance across sites • Ensure Workday is adopted as the single source of truth • Optimise agency usage, vendor performance, and commercial outcomes with Procurement • Lead stakeholder alignment and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading end-to-end talent acquisition in high-volume, operational environments, ideally blue-collar, supply chain, or manufacturing • Experience with agency settings is an advantage • Strong experience partnering with Operations and HR leadership • Hands-on capability in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management • Experience standardising hiring processes and governance across multiple sites or geographies • Strong working knowledge of Workday or similar ATS • Experience improving ATS adoption, data quality, and reporting • Experience developing and activating Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and local attraction strategies • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills • Strong analytical and commercial capability • Ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams • Pragmatic problem-solving mindset • Structured, strategic, and continuous-improvement mindset • Fluent English speaker
