📋 Description

• Test applications to ensure introduced changes meet requirements • Identify opportunities to extend test automation • Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across the bank, including international locations • Set the test strategy to ensure business and technical capabilities are tested • Ensure applications meet required quality, performance and stability levels • Define, implement and manage the test process in accordance with required controls • Drive continuous improvement to reduce the time needed to achieve required test coverage

🎯 Requirements

• A strong graduate degree in Computer Science, Business or an equivalent qualification • At least 5 years’ experience in IT or business sectors • Fluent in English oral and written communications • Intermediate knowledge in several industries: finance, telecommunication and technology • Authorised to work in Poland • Effective communication skills in order to collaborate within the team • Motivated self-starter capable of adapting to a fast-paced technology environment • Experienced analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage time efficiently and autonomously • Strong communicator capable of engaging with people from all backgrounds • Naturally inquisitive, highly ambitious and driven to be successful • Proactive individual who enjoys taking responsibility for performance
