📋 Description

• Review position requirements and priorities with the Recruiting Manager • Understand the experience, skills, and industry background required for each role • Source candidates using Obra, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Giggs • Prioritize Rental Representative searches while supporting warehouse, repair, and other recruitment needs • Research relevant companies, industries, and professional networks • Submit 10–15 new qualified profiles daily, potentially contacting 50–100 profiles to identify suitable candidates • Provide supporting notes and profile links for qualified candidates • Check for duplicates and maintain accurate candidate records • Send personalized outreach and follow up with candidates • Provide interested candidates with the job description and application link • Pass qualified, interested candidates to the recruiting team for screening • Record submissions, outreach, responses, and candidate status • Adjust searches based on recruiting feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using recruitment and social media platforms • Strong candidate research and evaluation skills • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to meet daily sourcing targets • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office • Detail-oriented and organized • Professional and discreet • Proactive, persistent, and results-driven • Able to manage competing priorities • Industry, sales, warehouse, or technical recruiting experience preferred
