📋 Description

• Develop the SEO strategy together with the SEO team, including scalable content architectures and international indexing and crawl management. • Analyze the impact of LLM-based search systems on visibility, traffic and user journeys and derive concrete optimization approaches. • Drive data-informed improvements to international search performance and evaluate new ranking signals, display formats and traffic shifts. • Produce robust analyses, dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders' decision-making on complex developments. • Support strategic SEO initiatives from concept to rollout and collaborate closely with Tech, Product, Content, Data and other internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in advanced SEO. • Deep understanding of technical SEO, international scaling, content architecture and ranking mechanics in competitive markets. • Strong interest in LLMs, with experience in GEO and AI-based search interfaces. • Confident use of tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sistrix/SEMrush, internal BI tools or comparable setups. • Analytical, structured and strategic thinker with the ability to set pragmatic priorities and implement measures. • Very good command of German and English. • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and work cross-functionally.
