📋 Description

• Lead and further develop SEO and GEO strategies with a focus on measurable growth in visibility, traffic, and conversions • Take responsibility for the performance of client projects, including defining objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and continuously monitoring results • Proactively identify growth, stabilization, and scaling opportunities across traditional search engines and AI-powered search systems • Provide strategic consulting and conduct regular performance reviews with clients, including decision-makers and C-level executives • Develop clear, KPI-based recommendations for action • Analyze, assess, and resolve critical performance deviations, such as those caused by core updates or losses in traffic or AI visibility

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience independently managing complex SEO client projects in an agency or in-house environment • Proven success managing SEO and GEO projects that deliver sustainable performance improvements • Consistently KPI-driven approach, aligning initiatives with business objectives such as traffic growth, lead generation, or revenue increases • Confident use of standard analytics tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Ahrefs • In-depth understanding of modern search ecosystems, technical SEO, website architecture, and AI-powered search and answer systems • Fluent written and spoken German
