📋 Description

• Managing the complete data lifecycle, from data generation through ETL pipelines to data enablement. • Data Architecture & Infrastructure: understanding the technical architecture and infrastructure that support the organization’s data needs, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms. • Task Prioritization: collaborating with technical and business teams to understand data needs and priorities, effectively communicate the value of data initiatives, and prioritize tasks by defining a roadmap that balances competing stakeholder demands. • Data Profiling: analyzing data types, relationships, patterns, and trends to develop a deeper understanding of the data. • Requirements Definition: working with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document clear, specific, and achievable data requirements, including how the data should be presented for consumption. • Business Process: understanding business workflows to make appropriate assumptions about sources, entities, and attributes needed to answer business questions. • Validation: validating products with users to ensure they meet needs and expectations, using data and metrics to inform decisions. • Performance Analysis: monitoring and analyzing product performance using metrics and KPIs to assess success, track the effectiveness of data initiatives and investments, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights. • AI Enablement: supporting the incorporation of AI into team workflows to accelerate performance. • Team Leadership: leading cross-functional teams—including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists—to develop and deliver high-quality data products; attracting, retaining, and developing top data talent through mentoring, training, and growth opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Data Architect, including leading teams • Experience in Data Platform, Data Visualization, Salesforce Integration, or Advanced Analytics • Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Experience migrating data platforms to the cloud • Experience building data platforms both on-premises and in the cloud • Experience with commonly used operational tools such as HubSpot, Workday, Segment, or Braze • Experience with project management tools • Experience with AI/ML • Advanced/Fluent English
